Zero Tolerance Policy
UPFAN has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Any content that sexualizes, exploits, grooms, or endangers children in any way is strictly prohibited on our platform. This policy applies to all users, creators, and any content shared through our services.
Age Requirement
UPFAN is intended exclusively for users aged 18 and older. By using our platform, all users confirm that they meet this age requirement. We do not knowingly allow minors to create accounts, subscribe to content, or interact with any features on the platform.
Prohibited Content & Behavior
The following content and behaviors are strictly prohibited on UPFAN:
- Any imagery, video, or visual content depicting child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAM/CSAE)
- Any content that sexualizes minors, including AI-generated, illustrated, or fictional depictions
- Grooming or attempting to establish inappropriate relationships with minors
- Soliciting, sharing, or distributing exploitative content involving minors
- Any communication intended to lure, manipulate, or exploit children
- Promoting, encouraging, or normalizing sexual abuse or exploitation of children
- Sharing links to external sites containing child exploitation material
- Any attempt to circumvent our child safety protections
Detection & Enforcement
UPFAN actively monitors its platform to detect and prevent CSAE content and behavior. Our enforcement measures include:
- Content moderation and review systems to identify prohibited material
- User reporting mechanisms to flag suspicious content or behavior
- Immediate removal of any content that violates this policy
- Immediate and permanent suspension of accounts found in violation
- Preservation of evidence for law enforcement purposes
Reporting to Authorities
All confirmed or suspected instances of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) are reported to the appropriate authorities, including but not limited to:
- NCMEC — National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (CyberTipline)
- Local law enforcement in the relevant jurisdiction
- Other applicable authorities as required by law
UPFAN cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations related to child safety.

Consequences of Violations
Any user found to be in violation of this Child Safety Standards policy will face the following actions:
- Immediate and permanent ban from UPFAN
- Removal of all associated content
- Report to NCMEC and relevant law enforcement authorities
- Full cooperation with any resulting investigations
- Forfeiture of any earnings or balances on the platform
